The Chiefs Quarters was built in 1917. Its has 4 bedrooms, 2 baths, a large living room over looking the lake and a large glass protected sun deck.

1 California King Bed, 2 queen beds, 2 singles beds, 2 baths, 50” Plasma TV, DVD/CD/STERO, Dishnet, Wireless iInternet Connection, all bed linens & bath towels , washer & dryer, fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, range, refrigerator w/ ice maker, microwave, coffee maker, wood stove (wood also provided), weber charcoal BBQ, gas BBQ, electric smoker, large protected patio & private dock.
During the day there are so many things to do. Rent a boat, canoe or kayaks from Jackson's Marina and explore the 3 mile Siltcoos river as it slowly meanders through the forest to the ocean. The banks are lined with a large variety of indigenous plants, flowers, trees and wildlife. There's ducks, otters, seals, cranes, osprey and many birds you'll want to have your camera and binoculars ready at all times.
Go up river 300 yards to the mouth of Lake Siltcoos and play along the banks of the lake and islands. Bring your boat and tie it up at your own private dock. Spend your day fishing, water skiing, sailing, duck hunting, or just cruising the lake. At night Old Town Florence awaits with their quaint little shops and your choice of fine or causal restaurants and if you're feeling lucky there's always the Mill in Coo's Bay or Three Rivers Casino here in Florence.
